Water-Based Contact Adhesive

Our water-based contact adhesive is low odor, very low VOC and is suitable for multiple adhesive applications where high temperature resistance is important.

  • HRJ-11112:  Aqueous emulsion of a thermoplastic, high melting point terpene-phenolic tackifier resin.

  • LOWINOX™ 22M46:  Antioxidant and long-term stabilizer which effectively protects synthetic rubbers.

  • AEROSOL®  OT-75:  High performance surfactant to aid wetting of low energy surfaces. 

Denka Performance Elastomers

  • Neoprene 750:  Aqueous polychloroprene dispersion with very good heat resistance.

  • ZOCO 101:  High quality, fine particle size, zinc oxide stabilizer for adhesives.

Fast Cure Epoxy Adhesive

Our fast curing epoxy adhesive is ideal for bonding wood, concrete, hard plastics and metal substrates. It has excellent sag resistance for use on vertical or horizontal surfaces. Each of the two components is color-coded: one's white, one's black, so customers can see when they are fully mixed. It can also be used to fill holes in vertical or horizontal structures and to bond crack injection ports to concrete.

  • D.E.R. ™ 362: Modified liquid epoxy resin without diluent, with minimal crystalization resistance.

  • D.E.H. ™ 622: Modified amine curing agent with extremely high reactivity and ability to cure down to -5°C.

Our solvent-based pressure sensitive adhesive is fast drying and has excellent bond strength for use in a wide range of applications.

  • Kraton™ D-1161:  A high strength thermoplastic SIS polymer with excellent elasticity.

  • Piccotac™ 1115:  An aliphatic C5 tackifier with low color, a high softening point and high molecular weight giving excellent cohesion properties.

Packaging Adhesive

Packaging adhesives formulating technologies include tried and true EVA hot melt technologies as well as water based starch and Polyvinyl Alcohol solutions.   • Aerafin™ 35: Higher tensile strength APO with good elongation at lower melt viscosity.

  • Eastotac™ H130W: In applications where low-color is required, the W-grade resins are suggested. Eastotac H-130W has excellent compatibility with APAO (amorphous poly-alpha-olefins), metallocene-catalyzed polyolefins, as well as the midblock of SIS (styrene-isoprene-styrene), and SEBS (styrene-ethylene/butylene-styrene) block copolymers, and is frequently used in packaging adhesives.

Dow Chemical

  • Elvax®  EVA Copolymers: This is THE go-to base polymer for hot melt adhesives. Available in a variety of vinyl acetate contents and melt indexes.

  1. Strong, but Lightweight: From airplanes to automobiles to aquariums, virtually every industry is moving its developments toward lighter weight technology, without sacrificing strength of connection.
