Making sure that our product range is sourced and produced according to a set of social, environmental, and quality principles is key for EarthOil. Our suppliers are assessed on numerous environment, health and safety criteria, and a minimum score must be achieved for a supplier to receive approval. In case of doubt, a supplier audit might be necessary or technical support given depending on the situation.
In the case of fair trade-certified products, we provide long-term relationships, close communication, advanced purchasing plans for assured minimum purchasing prices, and assistance with fair trade/organic certification for our fair trade suppliers.
By supporting rural and community growers to source more unusual, indigenous specialty oils such as baobab and argan, we can provide our clients with more options for end-use products.
