Agency Policy

Univar Solutions has a policy of sourcing candidates directly, and as such we do not accept speculative CVs from agencies. However, we do work with a number of agency suppliers that may be invited to support us in sourcing candidates for specific roles. Such agency suppliers are subject to a signed agreement and may only be instructed by an authorized Univar Solutions employee to engage in a search on behalf of Univar Solutions. We do not pay agency fees in the absence of a signed agreement or where speculative and unsolicited CVs are submitted to Univar Solutions or Univar Solutions' employees for any role. Where this procedure is not observed, Univar Solutions reserves the right to contact such candidates directly and initiate discussions without accepting any liability for payment of any agency fee. In the absence of a prior written agreement, submission of any unsolicited CVs and proposals to Univar Solutions will be deemed evidence of full and unlimited acceptance of this policy.
