Biochemica® Tangerine Butter

Biochemica® Tangerine Butter consists of Citrus tangerina (tangerine) peel oil in Prunus amygdalus dulcis (sweet almond) oil and hydrogenated vegetable oils. It is derived from tangerine peel oil that is obtained by cold pressing of the fruit’s peel, followed by a full refining process. The natural oil contains high levels of Vitamin A which makes it effective for the treatment of acne and oily skin. The oil also has the ability to significantly relieve stress and anxiety through aromatherapy.

In cosmetic preparations, the sweet and tantalizing scent of Biochemica® Tangerine Butter stimulates the senses. It exhibits excellent spreadability on the skin, making it ideal as a massage butter or carrier for treatment products. It also adds moisturizing attributes to creams, lotions and bar soaps.

Biochemica® Tangerine Butter may be used in cosmetics, toiletries, soaps, massage oils and balms, hair care and sun care preparations. The suggested use level is from 3% to 60% pure (as a butter-like balm).
