Person hired on this position will be responsible for:

  • Visit (key) customers and/or high opportunity projects, create account ownership on a technical level
  • Keep CRM system up to date: visit reports, sample requests, customer segmentation, manage Opportunity Pipeline properly, etc.
  • Drive technical up-skilling of salesforce through targeted training and technical application documentation
  • Ensure technical projects are completed and followed up in timely manner
  • Once new material has been approved ensure a successful product launch by coordinating and handing it over to the sales function
  • Continuously monitor the market by mapping technology, regulatory changes and competitor activity from a technical perspective



  • Higher education in chemical technology/engineering
  • Experience in the chemical raw material distribution industry or on the manufacturer's side will be an advantage
  • Technical product knowledge
  • Knowledge and understanding of the market of Beauty & Personal Care (Suppliers, Customers, Products, etc.)
  • Technical development experience and knowledge
  • Ability to travel at least 50% working time
  • Service minded nature. The ability to see the customer’s needs and expectations from a technical point of view. Structured way of working. Take initiative to improve our business. Ability to explain technical terms at an appropriate level. Develop existing customer relationships. Strong customer and good communication skills.
  • (written and spoken) English at the advanced level (C1)
  • Polish language is a must (native/proficiency)
