Responsibilities & duties
- Supporting sales
- Replying incoming calls from customers
- Creating sales and purchasing orders
- Helping sales engineers/managers for office works
- Recording customer complaints
- Creating stock cards/customer cards (master data) in ERP system Mikro, offering to create supplier card (master data) in the ERP system Mikro
- Communicating with customers when needed, sending sales offer to the customers
- Ordering samples
- Checking/monitoring stock & sales volumes together with sales engineer/managers
- Management of any documentation works for sales inside the departments, communicating with other departments such as finance credit control / EHSQ / supply chain & operations / accounting team for any sales related issues

Profile:
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken (Senior: Excellent)
- Good negotiation skills (Senior: Excellent)
- Well organized with good time management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage a heavy workload
- Ability to influence positively internal Univar resources in order to deliver customer delight
- Desire to succeed
- Experience in a commercial environment providing good customer service
- Experience in International context would be a plus
- Technical/Science educational background
- Upper-intermediate English level (Written & spoken)
- Good computer skills (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint) (Senior: Excellent)
- High level of presentation skills.
Education/experience:
- Technical/Science educational background
- Experience in a commercial environment providing good customer service
- Experience in International context would be a plus
